Approximately 150 people attended "Choose Your Destiny" (a sports motivational night geared towards upper elementary students). Many of the attendees responded to positively to this unique event.    10/12/08

Future Events — Since our outstanding success with the "Defeating Your Giants Event," many people have been asking what we have scheduled next. Here are a few of the motivational events we have planned:

• a preview/kickoff for the 2009 Yes I Can Event will be coming Spring 2009
• the next big Yes I Can Event will occur in September 2009

Tee Shirts Available — We still have a few t-shirts available for purchase. Sizes available are Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large.    05/13/08

What an Event! — If you missed the Spring 2008 "Defeating Your Giants" event, you surely missed a great time! The house was packed and the speakers were incredible. We are thankful to all of you who helped make this event happen: committee members, speakers, businesses, non-profit organizations, city council members, community members, households, and individual contributors. None of this would have been possible without your support.   05/13/08

The "Yes I Can Event at Lost Canyon" was held May 10th at Lost Canyon retreat in scenic Williams, AZ. This opportunity for students (middle school through college level) allowed them to discover the potential they have in this world. This exciting event was led by an all star line-up! Everyone had fun listening to loud music, awesome speakers and took home prizes such as T-shirts, Gift Certificates, DVDs, and iPods!
